High School Volunteers
ZETA21 International Learning Foundation was established to develop nontraditional leaders. Arizona Magic of Music & Dance launched as one of the programs to further that goal. Arizona Magic of Music & Dance summer theater camp can be a life changing opportunity to selflessly give time, talents, and friendship to children and youth with disabilities. During this truly unique week, each volunteer has the opportunity to get to know, befriend and mentor children and youth with disabilities.This is also a time to expand knowledge related to Servant Leadership, teamwork, networking, ethics and service. Friendships forged at camp can lead to many other opportunities to stay connected with Actors and other volunteers through Arizona Magic of Music & Dance Leadership Network. Volunteers will receive community service certificates for time spent volunteering camp.
Arizona Magic of Music & Dance's mission is to develop theater and arts opportunities for children and youth with physical and mental disabilities. For the actors it is an opportunity to have fun, build their self-confidence, create a network of friends and absolutely "shine" on stage for their family and friends. For the buddies it is an opportunity too develop their compassion and Servant Leadership skills, to practice teamwork and develop a network of friends and mentors.

Adult Volunteers
Adult volunteers are integral to the success of both the Arizona Magic of Music & Dance summer theater camp and On-the-Move program. These are opportunities to facilitate and support the unique interaction between mainstream student volunteers and actors with disabilities. Volunteers provide help and support in a variety of areas including, stage and set; costume design and creation; lighting and sound; art projects; creative games; catering snacks and meals.
